About the role

Your mission will be to promote superior service, motivate and engage staff to attain branch assigned goals as well as deepen member’s relationships with EECU.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and engage staff to attain branch assigned goals
• Makes smart decisions to meet the demands of the business through hiring, educating and motivating staff
• Builds and maintains member relationships
• Serves others through passionate pursuit to “deepen members’ relationships” by attending community related events and forming new and enhancing existing partnerships
• Makes the success of others a priority
• Inspire your team and lead by example
• Develop, coach and mentor team to be advocates for our members about credit union products and services
• Develop a relationship of trust with employees and members
• Pays close attention to the activities in the branch through frequent observation of staff and members
• Schedules staff to meet the demands of the membership
