Associate VP, Retail Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy growth initiatives: new builds, relocations, and operational enhancements
• Oversee implementation of innovative pharmacy technologies and service models
• Direct new programs and evaluate their operational, clinical, and financial outcomes
• Develop multi-year strategic plans for pharmacy growth and healthcare integration
• Provide executive oversight for retail pharmacy operations and service delivery
• Monitor key operational metrics related to performance and patient engagement
• Accountable for the Retail Pharmacy P&L, including revenue and inventory management

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD or B.S. of Pharmacy)
• 8+ years technical experience in pharmacy operations
• 5+ years management experience
• A passion for improving consumer experiences
• Active state pharmacy license (if holding PharmD or PharmBS)
