About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Transmission Line Engineer to join our team. This role involves performing engineering calculations for transmission line support systems, assisting in the planning, design, and construction management of transmission line projects, and participating in a career development program. The position offers the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced engineers and contribute to maintaining transmission design standards and information systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in Autocad
- Knowledge of transmission line engineering principles
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and external partners

- Desire to be part of a utility investing in renewable integration
- Support for PE licensure and professional development

Work Environment
The position requires office presence five days a week, with potential flexibility to work from home on Fridays as the individual settles in. The role may occasionally involve field visits with coworkers, utilizing company vehicles. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $82,000.00 - $87,000.00/yr. Health & Insurance includes Medical + prescription drug coverage, Dental and vision insurance, Basic life insurance (including AD&D), Optional supplemental life (employee & dependents), Short- and long-term disability, Retirement & Financial 401(k) plan + up to 9% match, Bonus up to 15% of salary based on company performance, Wellness & Support Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness programs and disease management (incl. maternity care), 24/7 nurse line access.
