Responsibilities
- Design and analyze transmission line systems, including structures, conductors, and foundations.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- Utilize advanced software tools for modeling and simulation of transmission line performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- 3 years of engineering experience related to transmission line projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
- EIT or ability to obtain.
- Experience with transmission line design and analysis software (e.g., PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE).
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of electrical and structural engineering principles.
Skills
- Advanced software proficiency (e.g., PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE).

Pay
This position pays between $90K and $130K annually and is an exempt position.
Schedule
Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
