About the role
The Associate, Title Management position at First Help Financial (FHF) is part of the Servicing Operations department, supporting the company's rapid growth and commitment to providing easy car financing options to underserved communities.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily title releases
- Process outgoing mail
- Enter VIN numbers into our database
- Manage and organize all paperwork, ensuring completeness (signatures, verify VIN, etc.)
- Scan and file documents
- Manage the title requests process for custodians
- Provide administrative support to management, vendors, and staff as needed
- Make daily outbound calls to dealerships and customers for payoff and title information
- Handle daily inbound calls on the title department's direct line, addressing inquiries and resolving title-related issues
Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED equivalent
- One to two years of administrative, office administrator, clerk, data entry, or customer service experience
- Prior experience with Excel
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
