Summary of Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team at Neuro Wellness Spa. The therapist will play a crucial role in enhancing patient access to behavioral healthcare services by providing individual therapy to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, coordinating care for eligible patients to other services (TMS, HLOC, etc), and collaboratively creating discharge/aftercare. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care. As a full-time Neuro Wellness Spa therapist, you will manage a caseload of 25+ clients.
Responsibilities
- Individual Therapy: Conducts sessions with assigned clients weekly, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, for individual sessions and completes all necessary documentation. Facilitates therapy sessions as scheduled (associate therapists collaborating with the Licensed Clinical Supervisor to develop personalized treatment plans). Monitors clients' progress throughout the duration of therapy and adjusts treatment plans as necessary.
- Clinical Documentation: Completes same-day clinical documentation for all sessions conducted. Maintains up-to date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, TMS techs, and more to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Assist with training new therapists and site staff, as appropriate.
- Crisis Intervention: Provides crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
- Continued Education: Participates in training sessions (and associates in weekly supervision) to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Stays current with best practices and developments in the field of mental health therapy. Adheres to Neuro Wellness Spa policies, ethical guidelines and professional standard in clinical practice.
- Marketing: Support business development efforts through community outreach, events, and content contributions for media including articles, blogs, social media, and more.
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or related field.
- Valid registered associates number with the BBS.
- Experience with TMS and higher levels of care (residential, PHP/IOP), preferred.
- Experience with electronic health record systems.

Pay
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule
30 hours per week. Hybrid - 4 to 5 days a week. At least 50% of the time must be in person.
