Associate Test and Evaluation Laboratory Technician
Position Responsibilities
- Supports activities to plan, conduct and document tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies
- Designs systems, materials, components, software and methodologies to meet customer requirements
- Participates in test design and performs routine procurement, fabrication and assembly of components, test fixtures and test systems
- Supports the coordination of test requirements and assists in reviewing test methods and capabilities
- Facilitates systems integration, fabrication and modification; supports system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post test tear-down
- Conducts routine tests, analyzes data and documents results
- Troubleshoots and recommends resolution of basic laboratory and test-related problems
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- 1+ years of experience interpreting electrical engineering drawings, schematics, and definition
- 1+ years of experience with various types of sensors and instrumentation including strain gages, temperature / pressure measurement, accelerometers, and deflection transducers
- Experience inspecting, fabricating, installing, routing, terminating, soldering, and repairing electrical wiring harnesses; or any variety of electrical components, and associated equipment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- An active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
- (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).

This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.
Pay & Benefits
The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bar gaining agreements.
Summary Pay Range for Associate Level (Level 2)
$56,950 – $77,050
