Key Responsibilities

- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and complying with all safety and regulatory requirements. - Performing routine and non-routine qualification of raw material, in-process samples, and finished products using a variety of analytical techniques and instrumentation. - Following the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analyses, reporting, and maintaining records of test results. - Interpreting test results accurately and promptly, identifying any deviations from specifications or quality standards. - Adhering to the laboratory's quality control policies and documenting all quality control activities, instrument and equipment verifications, procedural calibrations, and maintenance performed. - Following the laboratory's established policies and procedures whenever test systems are not within the laboratory's established acceptable levels of performance. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues. - Ensuring other assigned tasks are completed as necessary. - Performing other delegated tasks, as required

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or a related field. - 0-2 years of Quality Control experience in a regulated industry. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all work activities. - Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Manual dexterity is required to operate and manipulate equipment. - Frequent standing and walking around the lab. - Long hours of sitting on the computer might be required. - Experience in ELISA, IFT, Blot, and other Microbiology & Immunology testing principles & techniques - Previous experience working in a quality control laboratory within a manufacturing environment. - Understanding of quality assurance principles, GMP/GLP guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, ISO).

Pay and Benefits

The base salary range for this full-time position is $22/hr - $27.88/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
