Laboratory Associate
Job Summary
Responsible for performing routine laboratory testing procedures to generate accurate data for use in clinical trials research.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine analysis of specimens and document results according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Evaluate analytical results against system-generated algorithms and defined acceptance criteria
- Identify atypical results or errors and escalate to senior laboratory personnel
- Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions required for laboratory analysis
- Maintain proper post-analysis storage of samples and reagents
- Absorb and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Notify staff of supply shortages
What We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months relevant lab experience required OR Equivalent combination of education, training and experience required
- Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and applicable regulatory standards
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and analytical techniques
The Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Needed For This Role
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety procedures, infection control, and hazardous material handling
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage workflow effectively
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal stakeholders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints)

Potential Base Pay Range
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
