About the role

This role is an entry point into medical device sales for a proven, high-energy B2B sales professional ready to build a career in healthcare. This is a pure hunter role.

Responsibilities

  • Possess and execute a disciplined prospecting strategy to identify and target outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
  • Provide educational sessions to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
  • Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
  • Manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
  • Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
  • Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Preferred

  • Experience at companies known for world-class sales training and development — such as ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox, or similar.
  • Hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles.
  • Coachable, competitive, and accountable — you own your numbers and own your results.
  • Strong verbal communication and the professional presence to earn credibility with physicians.

Pay

The potential base pay range for this role is $55,000-60,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Schedule

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
