About the role
The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) at Providence Medical Technology, Inc. will gain experience in PMT product offerings under the guidance of a Senior Territory Manager (STM). The role involves learning the PMT sales process, executing prospect sales meetings, providing training to surgeons, managing Salesforce.com, and maintaining inventory and expenses.
Responsibilities
- Obtain clinical competency with all PMT products to ensure thorough understanding.
- Provide stand-alone surgical case coverage (meeting/exceeding this goal within six (6) months).
- Access surgeon targets and execute prospect sales meetings.
- Train prospect surgeons on surgical techniques and all aspects of procedures related to PMT products.
- Manage Salesforce.com and expense management tool.
- Maintain, track, and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Maintain expenses within budgeted quarterly allocations.
- Implement successful surgeon training courses as new technology is introduced.
- Able to travel > 60%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Science, Communications or Marketing preferred).
- One (1) + years in SALES, healthcare, or the Medical Device industry.
- Proven track record of team success.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High-level problem-solving skills.
- Proficient and accurate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)…, charting, flow charting, and graphs. Competency with web-based applications including sales enablement tools, Google apps, and Salesforce.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
- Ability to set and conduct effective business meetings.
- High level of timely follow through.
- Ability to write concise reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to create and deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences, both inside and outside the organization; Can manage and shift style if something isn't working; Knows material.
- Solid math skills with the ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Ability to understand what the goal of the problem is; Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form

Pay
- Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
