ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a key resource for physicians, hospital staff, and purchasing contacts regarding product usage, availability, and procedural support.
- Deliver intraoperative case coverage and technical support during embolization coil procedures and related neurovascular interventions.
- Support the execution of the territory’s strategic sales plan by assisting with customer outreach, product in-services, and field-based initiatives aimed at expanding product adoption.
- Identify and help develop new business opportunities and sales leads by engaging with clinical stakeholders and participating in account development activities.
- Educate clinicians, nurses, and technicians on Kaneka’s product indications, handling, procedural techniques, and clinical outcomes through hands-on and in-service training.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform territory strategy and support sales planning efforts.
- Represent Kaneka at regional conferences, physician workshops, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and support educational initiatives.
- Absorb and recognize potential patient cases, coordinate with the clinical affairs team to support enrollment in clinical trials.
- Manage rep stock inventory in the field, ensuring compliance with company policies for handling, tracking, and traceability.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Territory Manager to implement targeted account growth strategies and product rollout plans.
- Partner with the Marketing team to support educational initiatives that accelerate adoption of Kaneka’s neurovascular technologies among physicians and healthcare professionals.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and open lines of communication with other personnel, function, or department to facilitate operations and interaction in the organization.
- Keep supervisor informed of status and progress, ensuring that regular and periodical communication takes place.
- Maintain professional conduct, attendance, and high ethical standards in the workplace, complying with company’s policies and procedures.
- Fulfill mandatory training requirements applicable for department and job duties as appropriate.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by supervisor or management.
