Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs & Story Points) for new initiatives.
- Support the execution of tactical projects by tracking tasks, managing immediate blockers, and providing regular status updates to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment on system improvements and items on the operational roadmap.
- Provide ongoing tactical support and maintenance for Salesforce, including user management, end-user support, and routine configuration updates.
- Aid in implementing system enhancements and support user-focused troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing application capabilities to increase utilization and productivity.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or technical program management.
- Experience with Salesforce Administrator certification or demonstrated hands-on experience.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical documentation (PRDs/Process Maps).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a positive approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Team player with the ability to work in a high-energy, collaborative team environment.

- The target base cash compensation range is $87,930 - $108,160USD Annually.
