Associate Technical Architect - Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Technical Architect - Platform to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape cloud platform architecture and integration strategy, with a strong focus on secure, scalable engineering practices. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams and clients to design modern solutions that support complex platform and data flows. It is well suited for an architect who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys driving technical standards across cloud, API, DevSecOps, and infrastructure domains. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Define and lead the architectural vision for cloud-based solutions within the Platform Engineering team. Design and implement robust pipeline infrastructure for integration of RPA processes and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure scalable and secure solutions. Oversee the design of end-to-end platform integration architectures. Establish best practices for API architecture and governance roles within AWS environments. Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines that integrate security and testing automation. Ensure operational excellence through monitoring and observability of platform components. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, specifically AWS with advanced services knowledge. Proven expertise in platform integration architectures and orchestrating data flows among various systems. Strong background in API architecture, including security mechanisms and lifecycle management. Extensive experience in AWS IAM security governance and enterprise identity management. Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) with a focus on reusable modules. Experience implementing CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines with popular tools and frameworks.
