Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients for project discussions and consultations
  • Lead a development team of 8-10 engineers
  • Manage customer demands to ensure quality and satisfaction
  • Negotiate customer specifications and create detailed technical documents
  • Supervise workflows between internal and external teams for seamless service delivery
  • Evaluate project data and set project priorities while mentoring junior developers
  • Stay updated with technology trends to improve service standards

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in full stack development, specifically with.NET Core and React.js
  • Proficiency in SQL Server with experience in multi-tenant architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Javascript, C#, and object-oriented programming
  • Experience with API integration and application deployment in AWS or Azure
  • Ability to lead architectural design of enterprise-level applications and conduct effective code reviews
