Responsibilities
- Connect with clients for project discussions and consultations
- Lead a development team of 8-10 engineers
- Manage customer demands to ensure quality and satisfaction
- Negotiate customer specifications and create detailed technical documents
- Supervise workflows between internal and external teams for seamless service delivery
- Evaluate project data and set project priorities while mentoring junior developers
- Stay updated with technology trends to improve service standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in full stack development, specifically with.NET Core and React.js
- Proficiency in SQL Server with experience in multi-tenant architecture
- Strong knowledge of Javascript, C#, and object-oriented programming
- Experience with API integration and application deployment in AWS or Azure
- Ability to lead architectural design of enterprise-level applications and conduct effective code reviews
