Responsibilities
- Guide the developers in troubleshooting and resolving production issues
- Hands-on configuration and admin experience with Salesforce.com
- Manage transition and knowledge transfer to post-production support
- Develop the necessary documentation for IT solutions projects
- Contribute to the growth of the Salesforce technical team through thought leadership, development of solution accelerators, coaching and mentoring consultants and participation in other operational areas (recruiting, training)
- Work with business stakeholders and other programmers in your team to help understand requirements, evaluate new features and architecture, develop a solution or enhance existing solution and help drive decisions
- Deliver technology solutions – Leverage your strong technical experience to architect, engineer and provide guidance in delivery of key initiatives for an enterprise-class global CRM platform
- Subject matter expert – Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of Salesforce CRM capabilities
- Partnering with our Enterprise Architects, technical leads and key individuals within our functional organization and recommend SFDC Platform improvements
- Work proactively to remove technical debt and security vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years Architect experience, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Classic experience hands on experience with Lightning experience in designing solution and lead the team, Salesforce Live Chat nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent in experience)
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, designing solutions, configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, API’s, Avaya/CTI, Marketo, Informatica, and integration to enterprise systems
- Current Salesforce Architect Academy certifications (Development Lifecycle and Deployment, Integration Architecture, Data Architecture and Management) is highly preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of data integration tools, such as Informatica, Salesforce Connect, etc, and experience integrating Salesforce with data sources and enterprise systems (e.g., CPQ, marketing automation, reporting)
- Healthcare Domain experience is a plus.
