Responsibilities

  • Elicit, gather, document, and communicate requirements on GMS business efforts
  • Communicate and negotiate with the team on project efforts
  • Utilize tools such as Office, Visio, Access, and SQL for project delivery
  • Communicate information within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, and Executive Leadership through analysis
  • Build relationships through assignments on individual efforts; seek and cultivate relationships to enhance delivery and better understand, identify, and resolve issues
  • Maintain and develop professional skills; assess effort needs and complete business analysis deliverables
  • Understand and adhere to IT policies and procedures; collaborate with teams and Analysis Services members to ensure compliance on individual efforts
  • Identify and work through issues across efforts

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in System Implementation, International Human Resources, or International Tax
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • Demonstrated high level of capability with multitasking and time management
  • Experience and knowledge of expatriate services and tax is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytic skills

Pay

California salary range: $67,450 – $125,925. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as applicant’s skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
