About the Role

Providence is calling an Associate Talent Management Consultant at Providence Health Plaza in NE Portland, Oregon. The Associate Talent Management Consultant provides operational and administrative support for enterprise talent management programs and processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and talent technology solutions.

Working under the guidance of senior talent management team members, this role supports the execution of annual talent cycles, maintains data integrity, coordinates program logistics, prepares reports and communications, and assists with system administration activities. The ATMC serves as a key operational partner, helping ensure talent programs are delivered consistently, accurately, and efficiently across the organization.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting enterprise-wide talent initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with data, systems, and processes. They demonstrate strong communication skills, effective time management, and a willingness to learn talent management practices while providing dependable operational support for critical talent programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years related experience in talent management, learning and development, or other organizational development roles.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, constantly changing environment.
  • Intermediate experience with Excel and working with data to build reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Experience working in a large, decentralized, multi-state healthcare organization.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors.
