The Strategy and Transformation Office is at the forefront of this mission, developing and executing innovative plans to achieve these goals through our Living Health strategy. The core of what we’ll build through our strategy is better insurance products and a redesigned delivery system.

As part of the enterprise Strategy & Transformation Office, the incumbent will collaborate with executives and stakeholders across the organization to assist in the development and improvement of key enterprise strategic initiatives. The Associate Strategy Partner plays different potential roles on a given project, including elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, market analysis, team development, communication, and implementation. This position is based out of the Pittsburgh or Buffalo office with an in-office requirement Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Support key strategic initiatives across the Enterprise. Role will vary depending on initiative but will include elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, team development, communication, and implementation.
  • Participate on a portfolio of projects.
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and the key business units of the Enterprise.
  • Help develop standard analytics and processes to use in leading various strategic initiatives.
  • Play a role in shaping the culture and skill set of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Health Administration, Public Health, or a closely related discipline; or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work experience.
  • Office-based position with an in-office requirement Tuesday through Thursday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, or Public Health.
  • 1 year of experience in Consulting.
  • 3 years of experience in the Health Care Industry.
  • 3 years of experience in Cross-Functional Project Teams.

Schedule

This position requires in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday in either the Pittsburgh or Buffalo office.
