Responsibilities

• Aiding in tracking and proactive management of IRAD to ensure strategic merit, business case, and program performance
• Aiding in assessing emerging technologies and conducting competitive intelligence assessments, particularly with regards to disruptors or new entrants in our core markets
• Evaluating and managing new strategic business opportunities, initiatives and partnerships
• Developing, managing, or supporting the organization's strategic planning process, including development of go-to-market strategies and direction of market launch/messaging/implementation plans/integrated marketing campaigns as well as thought leadership initiatives
• Performing economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities
• Developing business models and determining market trends to substantiate long-term prospects
• Overseeing market analysis, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying customer needs
• Providing leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives
• Helping business units define vision, strategies, and tactics

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in business, liberal arts, data analysis, data science or related field, OR have completed a Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months (regardless of age)

Schedule

9/80 schedule: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.

Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, and Vermont is $53,500–$99,500. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
