About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision and execution of photography projects for high-profile events and campaigns
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of all equipment used on set

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead a team of creatives to produce high-quality content for various platforms
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing technology solutions
  • Ensure security and privacy protocols are adhered to
  • Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and scientists
  • Collaborate with product designers to create user-friendly interfaces
  • Ensure the highest quality of engineering work across backend and frontend systems
  • Manage and mentor a team of machine learning engineers and AI specialists
  • Manage and mentor a team of full stack engineers and architects
  • Manage and mentor a team of data scientists specializing in customer data and marketing
  • Manage and mentor a team of application security and DevSecOps engineers
  • Manage and mentor a team of embedded infosec engineers
  • Manage and mentor a team of data systems analysts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
