Responsibilities
- Provides strategic and consultative support to sales and account management personnel throughout the sale, implementation and renewal of MMA Rx Solutions
- Reviews all draft PBM contracts to ensure pricing and terms match MMA Rx Solutions provisions
- Buils and maintains strong working relationships with MMA field, strategic partners and PBMs
- Comprehends, interprets and can explain pharmacy analysis
- Edits the MMA field on new features of MMA Rx Solutions and innovations as needed
- Works to continually improve the MMA Rx Solutions process and client/field experience
- Serves as the main point person for the MMA field offices on post-sale implementation and ongoing client support as it relates to pharmacy management
- Works with strategic partners to ensure their deliverables related to both the vision of this approach and that the needs of the MMA field offices are met
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years PBM, pharmacy or related account management experience, including direct experience with PBM contracts
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Current Life & Health licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Own transportation and ability to attend in-house and external meetings/events as required
- Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Adaptable and able to change priorities and multi-task regularly to meet deadlines.
Must have strong and effective oral and written communication skills.
Capable of maintaining the strictest confidentiality regarding client and company data and information.
Skills
Ability to pro-actively form productive working relationships with other team members, decision makers and PBM personnel.
