Location

Nationwide (U.S. – Current and Future Opportunities Across Regions)

Travel

Up to 75% within assigned territory

Compensation

$75,000 base + up to $25,000 performance-based commission

Responsibilities

  • Develop core account management and consultative selling skills in a regulated healthcare environment
  • Drive utilization and revenue growth within existing customer accounts
  • Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities within clinical practices
  • Partner with healthcare providers to expand patient access and operational effectiveness
  • Support customers using structured performance tools, including the 5 Stars Success Program
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers, Clinical Training Managers, and Regional Practice Managers
  • Gain extensive in-field experience (up to 75% travel) building relationships and customer confidence
  • Build strong business discipline through CRM management, forecasting, and reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • ~1+ year of experience (internships plus degree is considered) in sales, account management, healthcare, or a related field
  • Interest in sales, marketing and engagement strategies that drive growth
  • Interest in supporting new program launches in healthcare settings
  • Exposure to biotech or pharmaceutical environments (e.g., Buy & Bill model)
  • Familiarity with specialties such as psychiatry, neurology, dermatology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, or oncology

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
