We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need. We need to parse the posting. Brief Description: description paragraph about role. That could be "About the role". Use

About the role

then

with that description. Then "What You Will Do" list of duties. That's responsibilities. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • each bullet. Then "What We Are Looking For" includes bullet points: Coachability and Work Ethic, Some Sales Or Customer Facing Experience, Community Connections, Self Motivation, Consultative Approach, Solar Experience Not Required. Those are requirements/qualifications/skills. We need to decide sections: maybe "Requirements" for mandatory, "Qualifications" for preferred, "Skills" for abilities. But we can combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications and skills). Benefits, Pay. Schedule not mentioned, so omit. We need to preserve all substantive info: include details like training, mentorship, leads, etc. Also include "What Success Looks Like In Year One" maybe part of responsibilities or requirements? Could be part of "What Success Looks Like" but not a standard heading; we could incorporate into Responsibilities or maybe a separate section "Performance Expectations". But only use allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put success expectations under Responsibilities or Requirements. Probably under Responsibilities as they describe expected outcomes. Also "Who Thrives" description could be part of Requirements or maybe a note but we can incorporate into Requirements. Also "What We Offer" list includes benefits and pay. So we need Benefits section with bullet list of benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays, 401(k) with Company Match, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance, Basic and Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance. Also company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, accessories, dedicated marketing support, estimating team, project management support, clear path to career. Those are also benefits. So include them. Pay: "$80,000 base pay offset by commissions earned, with uncapped earning potential and bonus opportunities". That's pay. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Questions about this position..." etc. We must not include duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Paradise Energy Solutions is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Associate Solar Sales Consultant to help businesses, farms, and homeowners throughout the Mid Atlantic region discover the benefits of solar energy. More than sales experience alone, we are looking for individuals who align with our core values of Faith, Integrity, Innovation, Teamwork, and Stewardship. These values guide how we serve customers, support one another, and conduct business every day, and they are essential to continue our long-term success. This role is built for someone earlier in their sales career and ready to learn the trade and grow into a full territory. You will start with structured training provided by our sales leaders, mentorship from an experienced team member, and support from company-generated sales leads. As you build confidence and product knowledge, you will take on more responsibility for developing your own sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community involvement. This is not an order-taking sales role. We will teach you solar. We will teach you our proven sales process. What we cannot teach is drive, integrity, and a genuine interest in people and helping them become good stewards of God’s abundant resources. If you are willing to learn, comfortable and confident talking with business owners and homeowners, and motivated by performance-based earnings, we would love to hear from you.

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Represent Paradise Energy Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and excellence
    • Complete a structured onboarding program covering solar fundamentals, financial analysis, incentives, and our sales process
    • Work alongside an experienced consultant through ridealongs and joint customer visits during your ramp-up period
    • Follow up on company generated leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources
    • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, farmers, homeowners, and community leaders throughout your sales territory
    • Grow toward generating a meaningful share of your own leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community engagement
    • Conduct onsite consultations to understand customer goals and energy needs
    • Educate prospective customers about solar energy, financial returns, available incentives, and long term value
    • Collaborate with our estimating team to develop accurate and compelling proposals
    • Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to a signed contract
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward territory sales goals
    • Consistently close deals
    • Complete onboarding and demonstrate command of our products, incentives, and proposal process
    • Manage consultations independently after the ramp period
    • Build a consistent pipeline with active follow up
    • Begin generating your own leads and sales opportunities alongside company-provided leads
    • Meet the sales targets established for your territory and experience level
But note some of those are from "What Success Looks Like In Year One". Might duplicate some earlier items. We need to preserve all substantive info, but avoid duplication. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should not repeat same bullet. Let's see overlapping: "Complete a structured onboarding program..." appears both in What You Will Do and Success Looks Like. Also "Manage consultations independently after the ramp period" similar to "Work alongside an experienced consultant..." but not same. "Build a consistent pipeline with active follow up" similar to "Maintain a healthy sales pipeline..." maybe similar but not identical. We'll keep unique ones. Let's list unique responsibilities from What You Will Do: - Represent Paradise Energy Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and excellence - Complete a structured onboarding program covering solar fundamentals, financial analysis, incentives, and our sales process - Work alongside an experienced consultant through ridealongs and joint customer visits during your ramp-up period - Follow up on company generated leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources - Build and maintain relationships with business owners, farmers, homeowners, and community leaders throughout your sales territory - Grow toward generating a meaningful share of your own leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community engagement - Conduct onsite consultations to understand customer goals and energy needs - Educate prospective customers about solar energy, financial returns, available incentives, and long term value - Collaborate with our estimating team to develop accurate and compelling proposals - Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to a signed contract - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward territory sales goals - Consistently close deals From Success Looks Like In Year One (unique not already listed): - Complete onboarding and demonstrate command of our products, incentives, and proposal process (similar to first onboarding but adds demonstration of command; we could keep as separate) - Manage consultations independently after the ramp period (new) - Build a consistent pipeline with active follow up (similar to maintain pipeline but maybe distinct) - Begin generating your own leads and sales opportunities alongside company-provided leads (similar to grow toward generating own leads) - Meet the sales targets established for your territory and experience level (similar to maintain pipeline and work toward territory sales goals) We could keep them but risk duplication. Perhaps we can merge: keep the original list and add the unique ones not covered: Manage consultations independently after the ramp period, Demonstrate command of our products, incentives, and proposal process (maybe as part of onboarding). But to be safe, include them as separate bullets if they add nuance. Let's decide to include all but avoid exact duplicates. We'll keep: - Represent Paradise Energy Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and excellence - Complete a structured onboarding program covering solar fundamentals, financial analysis, incentives, and our sales process - Demonstrate command of our products, incentives, and proposal process after onboarding - Work alongside an experienced consultant through ridealongs and joint customer visits during your ramp-up period - Manage consultations independently after the ramp period - Follow up on company generated leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources - Build and maintain relationships with business owners, farmers, homeowners, and community leaders throughout your sales territory - Grow toward generating a meaningful share of your own leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community engagement - Begin generating your own leads and sales opportunities alongside company-provided leads - Conduct onsite consultations to understand customer goals and energy needs - Educate prospective customers about solar energy, financial returns, available incentives, and long term value - Collaborate with our estimating team to develop accurate and compelling proposals - Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to a signed contract - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward territory sales goals - Build a consistent pipeline with active follow up - Meet the sales targets established for your territory and experience level - Consistently close deals That seems okay. Now Requirements/Qualifications/Skills section. We have "What We Are Looking For" bullet points. Also "Who Thrives" description maybe part of requirements. Also "Solar Experience Not Required" is a note. We could have a single section "Requirements" that includes all these. List: - Coachability and Work Ethic: receive and respond to feedback well, apply it quickly, put in required hours, willing to be taught a process and follow it before adjusting. - Some Sales Or Customer Facing Experience: worked in a role responsible for results with customers (outside sales, inside sales, retail, service, banking, insurance, agricultural sales, construction, or equipment sales); commission-based environment a plus but not required. - Community Connections: know people in the area you will serve, or eager to get to know them; comfortable meeting new people and earning trust via professional networks, community organizations, church, referrals, or local events. - Self Motivation: do not need constant oversight; manage own calendar, follow up without being reminded; understand results follow effort. - Consultative Approach: listen generously, ask thoughtful questions, help customers make informed decisions; focus on understanding needs and delivering solutions with ROI and long term value rather than high pressure tactics. - Solar Experience Not Required: we will teach you solar; expect strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, desire to continue learning and growing. We could also include "Who Thrives" description: relationship builders rooted in communities, enjoy meeting new people, able to build and maintain trust, motivated by opportunity to grow territory with independence; willingness to learn the trade thoroughly before running fully on your own. That's similar to above but we can incorporate. We'll keep as list items each with description. Now Benefits section: list from What We Offer: - $80,000 base pay offset by commissions earned, with uncapped earning potential and bonus opportunities (that's pay, but we will separate Pay) - Structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing sales and solar industry training - Company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, and required accessories - Dedicated marketing support to help generate leads - Experienced estimating team to deliver timely, accurate proposals - Project management support to ensure a smooth customer experience after the sale - Clear path to a successful sales career - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays - 401(k) with Company Match - Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance - Basic and Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance We need Pay section separate: "$80,000 base pay offset
