Associate Software Fulfillment Specialist (Remote, U.S.)
About the role
We're seeking an Associate Software Fulfillment Specialist to support our software fulfillment and SaaS delivery operations. This role involves executing order fulfillment workflows, generating and delivering license entitlements, managing customer lifecycle activities, and ensuring compliance with U.S. export control regulations.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end order fulfillment workflows, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of software and software subscriptions
- Generate and deliver license entitlements, activation keys, and access credentials through integrated systems
- Ensure customers are successfully onboarded and activated with minimal friction
- Manage customer lifecycle activities within TrustedCare, including user onboarding, access provisioning, and entitlement management
- Provide ongoing TrustedCare support, resolving access, provisioning, and platform-related inquiries
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements
- Maintain and enhance process documentation and operational playbooks
- Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, integrations, and product releases for U.S. export-controlled products
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
- A strong desire to partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational outcomes
- Adaptability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Strong communication skills to convey information and resolve issues effectively
- Familiarity with SaaS or software delivery processes
- Experience working with enterprise business systems such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, etc.
- Experience in a service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systems

Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan. Pay
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $50,201-$73,627 per year (in the primary posting location).
