About the role

Associate Scientist, Analytical Sciences WuXi Biologics Job Summary Perform analytical testing to support biologics drug product and process development programs. Generate high-quality analytical data and support stability, characterization, and analytical lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing following approved procedures and study protocols.
• Support characterization, formulation development, stability, and in-process testing activities.
• Generate, review, and interpret analytical data and assist in troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain laboratory documentation, notebooks, protocols, and reports following Good Documentation Practices.
• Assist in stability studies including sample management, testing, data review, and trending.
• Author or revise SOPs, protocols, and technical reports as assigned.
• Collaborate with Process Development, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support project objectives.
• Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
• Complete required training and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Biological Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific discipline.
• 0-2 years of industry, internship, co-op, research, or laboratory experience.
• Hands-on experience with analytical or biological laboratory techniques.
• Knowledge of stability studies, formulation testing, and analytical laboratory practices preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
