Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for Salesforce-related enhancements and required system updates, overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts align with business priorities and objectives.
- Work closely with developers and architects to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that address business needs.
- Cook up and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, project delivery, and our functional partners, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Salesforce to perform their duties.
- Assist in the development of training materials and release notes, as needed.
- Monitor the performance of CSP, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices for data security and privacy.
- Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and innovations, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the platform's functionality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce or other similar products, preferably in product ownership or project management role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration is highly desirable. Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components, Agentforce is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Collaboration ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred certification Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Agentforce Specialist are highly desirable.
Skills

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
