Coordinates Account Management

  • Ensures prompt execution and follow-up of account management tasks
  • Communicates with clients and vendors as needed to resolve issues
  • Maintains written and verbal communication with clients to manage daily activity

Develops and Maintains Working Knowledge

  • Keeps up-to-date on governing documents and account agreements
  • Builds a thorough understanding of client needs and goals
  • Exhibits knowledge of agency account agreements and governing documents
  • Shows knowledge of Advisory Practice services/offerings, capital markets, banking products/offerings, asset management, and prudent investment principles
  • Develops knowledge of fiduciary duties and applicable laws, including trust and tax law, asset management, and prudent investment principles

Manages Assigned Account Base

  • Works with clients and their advisors to understand client needs and goals
  • Collaborates with internal partners and external advisors to identify client needs and solutions
  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities

Client Service and Business Development

  • Provides focused, responsive, diplomatic, and tactful client service
  • Contacts clients through written and verbal communication at suitable frequencies
  • Assists service team partners with business development activities
  • Prepares and makes client presentations
  • Cultivates relationships with referral sources and centers of influence
  • Seeks continuous development of advisory skills through training and experience

Salary Range

$114,540 - 194,580 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
