About the role
We are seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The primary focus is on clinical recruiting to expand access to meaningful care for youth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, source and recruit candidates using various methods
- Manage ATS and internal job postings
- Conduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews
- Work closely with leadership team and hiring managers to understand requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
- Identify new ways to source candidates and build key clinical networks
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on outbound sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to utilize various social media platforms to source talent
- Analytical and research skills
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills
- Ability to energize and communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong project management skills
Benefits
Charlie Health offers comprehensive benefits to full-time, exempt employees. The expected base pay range for this role is between $54,000 and $60,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and may be impacted by location and years of experience. Additional information about benefits can be found here.
