Duties And Responsibilities

• Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified clinical professionals.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate pay and benefits in line with site budgets.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment plans, and build relationships with residency programs and professional associations.
• Manage, monitor, and track pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely communication and building strong relationships to support retention.
• Aid with the application and reference process while maintaining ongoing communications with all candidates throughout the process.
• Track market trends and provide leadership with regular updates to ensure informed decision making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in clinical staffing or agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentials, and regulatory requirements with certifications, licenses, or qualifications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking and sourcing tools.
• Organizational skills.
• Professional communication in both written and verbal skills.
• Strategic and proactive approach.
• Ability to travel.
