Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified clinical professionals.
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate pay and benefits in line with site budgets.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment plans, and build relationships with residency programs and professional associations.
- Manage, monitor, and track pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely communication and building strong relationships to support retention.
- Aid with the application and reference process while maintaining ongoing communications with all candidates throughout the process.
- Track market trends and provide leadership with regular updates to ensure informed decision making.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in clinical staffing or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentials, and regulatory requirements with certifications, licenses, or qualifications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking and sourcing tools.
- Organizational skills.
- Professional communication in both written and verbal skills.
- Strategic and proactive approach.
- Ability to travel.
