About the role
The CLINICAL RECRUITER is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the Clinical Navigator team and other health-related roles. This position works closely with clinical operations leaders to build pipelines of candidates who support patients between visits as the patient population grows. The recruiter leads end-to-end hiring efforts using applicant tracking and AI-assisted sourcing tools to maintain efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Clinical Navigator roles from requisition to offer.
- Maintain recruiting system data, interview kits, and reports for hiring managers.
- Source and engage candidates through outreach, referrals, and AI-assisted tools.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to define roles and establish evaluation criteria.
- Screen candidates for skills essential to patient support between visits.
- Analyze recruiting data to identify and address process bottlenecks.
- Build candidate pipelines in anticipation of future hiring needs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on healthcare or patient-facing roles.
- Experience managing requisitions, pipelines, and reporting in Greenhouse or similar ATS.
- Knowledge of care navigation or coordination roles and related skills.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop structured interviews.
- Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment handling multiple searches.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools and their application to recruiting workflows.
Pay
Expected on-target earnings typically range from $100,000 to $120,000, including base salary, variable incentives, and equity, varying by experience and location.
