Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting for RBTs and BCBAs: Own the entire pipeline end-to-end - from posting to sourcing to screening to offer.
- Use LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, Facebook groups, and outbound outreach to build strong pipelines and keep every high-quality candidate moving.
- Partnership with BCBAs & Ops to keep cases staffed: Understand real case needs (schedule, location, clinical profile), re-staff quickly when gaps appear, add hours to existing RBT schedules, and keep kids from waiting weeks for therapy.
- Keep the System Clean & Visible :Maintain an accurate, real-time recruitment metrics and clean dashboard so we always know: who’s in process, how long they’ve been there, weekly interview volume, offers, and time-to-hire. Provide instant visibility to leadership, no guessing, no manual digging.
Requirements
- ABA recruiting Experience: 2+ years hiring RBTs/BCBAs in ABA; skilled with job boards, ATS systems (Ashby), resume search, and outbound sourcing; strong written and verbal communication.
- A high-output, high-ownership mindset: You thrive in a fast-moving environment, adapt quickly when priorities shift, and when pipelines slow, your first instinct is “What can I try today?” not “Let’s wait and see”.
