- Assist with extending offers and preparing offer communications.
- Track candidate pipeline status and communicate updates to hiring managers and senior recruiters.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles.

- Proactively source passive candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, and help find compelling ways to engage prospective talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support open searches across the business.
- Support ad hoc recruiting and recruiting operations projects as needed.
Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Atmosphere professionally to candidates.
- Comfort using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive talent.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and candidates simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
