Associate RCC Marketing Promotions Director
About the role
The Associate RCC Marketing Promotions Director is responsible for developing and leading RCC promotional efforts to craft and execute tactics in support of brand strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of US marketing tactical plans for existing and potential new indications of Cabozantinib in RCC cancers
- Ensure successful execution of compelling promotional tactics for US HCPs across personal and non-personal channels
- Consult with Ex-US & US partner organizations to review & align on promotional message execution as appropriate
- Align messaging platform and tactical rollout with brand objectives and strategies
- Ensure key brand messages and materials are effectively communicated at sales meetings
- Manage the promotions budget, establish goals and metrics, and measure performance
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, including field sales, sales training, market planning, and regulatory/compliance
- Collaborate with the Payer Sales Team to develop promotional materials targeting the managed care audience
- Manage key vendor relationships, including the promotional agency of record
- Foster trust and a strong culture across the broader marketing and sales teams and with partners throughout the organization
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern Exelixis conduct
Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in related discipline and 13 years of related experience; or BS/BA degree in related discipline and at least 11 years of related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Experience in product marketing, field sales, or market research/analysis in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
Patient Marketing, advocacy relations, public relations, digital marketing and sales experiences are a plus
Oncology experience is strongly preferred

Base pay range: $178,500 - $252,500 annually
