Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage creative briefs for agency partners across channels including OOH, digital display, Meta, print, and more.
  • Manage internal review and approval processes, coordinating feedback from colleagues, legal and any other stakeholders.
  • Manage production timelines and deliverables in coordination with external partners to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Traffic final offline creative assets and maintain a centralized repository for team access.
  • Partner with AVP and agency to develop creative assets such as OOH, print, direct mail, email, radio scripts, etc.
  • Support sponsorships by developing content such as collateral, print ads, and email content.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to align marketing efforts via sharing assets.
  • Support new location openings with appropriate launch materials and attend relevant planning calls.
  • Lead creative production for physician and leadership recognition ads.
  • Contribute to the development of organic social content including filming, editing, and captioning, in partnership with the social media team.
  • Partner with Value Management and Legal to validate advertising claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to deliver UTM codes for tracking media performance.
  • Monitor and leverage metrics to inform future marketing decisions (appt volume, ortho now volume etc.).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams like Strategy and Business Development to identify opportunities to partner together to inform strategic marketing plans.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across departments and review internal assets for brand consistency.
  • Maintain and update brand assets and guidelines on internal platforms (e.g., the Hub).
  • Collaborate with the Sports Marketing team to ensure cohesive brand representation.
  • Partner with HSS Perform on consistent branding and upcoming initiatives.
  • Lead development of regional marketing materials such as bio cards, referral pads, and sell sheets.
  • Identify AI opportunities to streamline creative development.
  • Collaborate with regional ambassadors in bi-weekly syncs to support sponsorship and event needs.
  • Customize and templatize collateral to support local market efforts in NY, NJ, CT, and FL.
  • Represent the marketing department in new physician onboarding meetings.
  • Attend regional and sponsorship events to support brand representation and logistics.
  • Manage marketing budgets across departments and partnerships, media buying vendors, Stamford Health, and JV initiatives.
  • Reconcile internal budgets with agency budgets and track invoices.
  • Prepare year-end accruals.
  • Absorb and supervise Marketing Coordinator, providing mentorship and project oversight.

Experience Needed

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of Marketing Experience: Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare, events, or partnership-driven environments.
  • Prior exposure to brand strategy and agency experience is highly desirable.
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to oversee, reconcile, and report on marketing budgets, including experience collaborating with external agencies and vendors.
  • Event Coordination: Hands-on experience supporting events, logistics, and sponsorships across diverse regions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong background working with cross-functional teams and external partners, including physicians, agency representatives, and local ambassadors.
  • Project Oversight: Experience supervising junior team members and providing mentorship, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in meetings and represent the department professionally.
  • Financial Planning: Familiarity with end-of-year financial processes, accruals, and financial planning best practices.
  • Adaptability: Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing competing priorities across regions.
