About The Role
As a CBRE Associate Property Manager, you will manage a variety of financial activities for a large market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction. This job is part of the Property Management job function. You are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
What You’ll Do
- Perform, coordinate, and supervise various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
- Act as a liaison between the field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
- Oversee the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects.
- Manage the coding and processing of vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
- Review and monitor data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics.
- Evaluate income and expense trends to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Schedule internal compliance reviews.
- Report review outcomes and work with management to improve operation compliance.
- Point of contact to provide customer service support to internal and external clients for complex inquiries and questions.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
- Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Able to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
