Associate Property Manager

About the role

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for supporting the Property Manager in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and assisting with maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Property Manager in overseeing tenant relations and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the property.
• Assisting with routine maintenance tasks and reporting urgent issues to the Property Manager.
• Handling tenant communications and scheduling appointments as needed.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
