Responsibilities
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including development, sales, and marketing
- Maintaining meticulous account records to guarantee data accuracy
- Assisting in QA testing to ensure the highest quality and helping clients shine
- Cultivating strong client relationships to support marketing in highlighting success stories
- Organizing and managing implementations, while serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Analyzing and interpreting clients’ challenges and objectives, consistently advocating for their best interests
- Participating in various strategic projects, including system improvements, retention campaigns, and collaborative efforts with Marketing
- Representing the company at industry and client events by demoing the platform, recording product walk-throughs, and meeting directly with customers to highlight features or gather feedback
- Adapting to schedule changes (work hours) during peak event periods, including occasional weekends and/or adjusted hours to support event time zones

Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting on video and explaining technical concepts in simple terms
- Self-motivated and highly organized – can manage and prioritize workload effectively, requiring minimal guidance to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through – you catch what others miss and deliver accurate, thorough work
- Innate problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and proactively finds solutions for new or unfamiliar situations
- Deeply committed to client success, with a desire to ensure users receive maximum value from our platform
- Experience as a meeting planner or event professional preferred – familiarity with how conferences work will help you hit the ground running
