Professional Services Associate Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

The successful candidate will manage smaller-scale projects simultaneously while assisting with queue management and project coordination. This fast-paced role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to context switch effectively, and a basic understanding of CrowdStrike solutions.

What You'll Do

• Simultaneously manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their lifecycle.
• Support queue management for on-hold projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple concurrent implementations.
• Cook daily with clients to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Support technical resources across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status tracking for numerous concurrent projects.
• Ensure consistent project delivery standards across multiple smaller implementations.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles.
• Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations.
• Experience with fast-paced, high-volume project environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on clear, concise updates.
• Demonstrated ability to context switch effectively between different projects.
• Problem-solving skills with focus on quick issue resolution.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cyber solutions (Splunk, IBM, QRadar, etc.).
• CAPM certification or working toward PMP.
• Experience with project management tools and tracking systems.
