Associate Program Manager

About the role

The Associate Program Manager is responsible for overall customer service and satisfaction, including delivery, quality, flexibility, communication, and responsiveness for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop project plans.
• Oversee the activities of cross-functional team(s) to ensure project completion on time.
• Review status with the customer and the management team.
• Understand and drive written understanding of the project and develop Contract/MSA terms with the customer and the business development team.
• Maintain good customer relationships to avoid escalations.
• Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams.
• Resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate as needed to avoid project delays.
• Ensure timely implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Ensure proper closure of customer-related Accounts Receivable (A/R) issues.
• Serve as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
• Guide all program-related decisions by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.
• Understand all aspects required to launch a new program or order.
• Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMAs), and business development.
• Understand Sanmina offerings for vertical integration and direct customers appropriately toward additional or alternative Sanmina products or services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Contract manufacturing experience desired.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical integration.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to multitask.
• 0-2 years of Program Manager experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently and quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Annual salary range: $70,000.00 - $77,875.20. Actual base pay within this range will be determined based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills.
