Associate Program Manager

About the role

This role is responsible for supporting program coordination activities. The position involves assisting in tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across program teams. The objective is to gain foundational experience in program management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices while contributing to the execution of cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of cross-functional programs that contribute to business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in developing program schedules, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation under guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with program goals.
• Use established tools and templates to support program reporting and status updates.
• Monitor and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support program logistics and communication.
• Maintain program documentation, meeting notes, and action item trackers.
• Contribute to data collection and analysis to support business case development and decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and governance processes as directed.
• Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Learn and apply program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

1-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Word is required.

Work Environment

The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM local time. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of three days per week. Overtime may be available based on business needs.
