Associate Product Manager

About the role

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking an Associate Product Manager for the MCC product line. This position is ONSITE Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at our Fayetteville, NC Eaton facility. Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Interface with field sales, distributors, and customers as needed to determine ideal solutions to LV MCC & LV MCC Aftermarket needs and challenges.
• Support the Product Manager and Product Line Manager with collection of “voice-of-customer” to drive our product roadmap.
• Support key new product development releases.
• Develop and implement our differentiated service model strategy across our Low Voltage Motor Control Center (LV MCC) North American operations.
• Focus on the systems and processes needed to support growth in our aftermarket product offering.
• Support the strategy around systems, tools, processes, and new product development needed to support MCC growth across North America.
• Support the strategy & profit plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 3 years of electrical industry environment
• Must be able to travel 25%
• Must be willing to relocate to Fayetteville, North Carolina

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering from an accredited institution
• Experience in MCC
• Experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Products
• Experience with power distribution equipment

Skills

• Drive for execution, attention to detail, time management and strategy development
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products – Excel, Power Bi
• Communicate on a professional level, both verbally and written, with customers and intercompany personnel is essential
• Decision making ability to quickly comprehend the core issues of business, fiscal, and customer needs to reach clear objectives and the path to achieve them
