Qualifications
- Litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy-related litigation and class action defense
- Experience in privacy litigation and/or class action litigation
- Experience advising and litigating claims involving state and federal laws (BIPA, FCRA, FACTA, etc.) is a plus
- AmLaw 100 experience
- A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school
- Must be admitted or be able to waive into practice in the state of Colorado
- Admission to practice law in the state of California is a plus
Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
- Understanding of consumer class actions, with an emphasis on Article III and Rule 12(b)(6) dismissal strategies
- Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills; law review or other comparable experience indicating significant research and writing skills a plus

This position is located in Denver, CO.
Pay
The expected annual salary range for this position is $220,000 - $260,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills.
