Job Summary

The Associate Principal Trainer is responsible for the Instructional design of the EPIC Training Curriculum for his/her assigned application(s), building, testing, and maintaining the EPIC Training Environment, assisting in developing and maintaining training policies and procedures, providing classroom, skills labs, and one-on-one core orientation to staff for the assigned application(s), supporting ongoing initiatives, and serving as an education resource on committees and ad hoc work groups.

Job Details And Requirements

  • Will ONLY consider candidates from the following states: MO, IL, AR
  • Type: Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)
  • Typical Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Hybrid work schedule - onsite for training weeks, remote work on off weeks. Onsite work will be in Cape Girardeau, MO.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED with 3 years of trainer experience or; Associate's degree- required
  • Licenses/Certifications: Epic Certification/Proficiency for his or her assigned application(s) within 6 months of hire- required

Compensation

Minimum annual salary: $43,562.58/year
