What You'll Be Doing

• Build and strengthen relationships with Workplace clients and prospects.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and workplace challenges.
• Identify opportunities for new work and expand existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with principals, project leaders, designers, and technical teams to develop winning pursuit strategies.
• Lead client engagement efforts from initial conversations through project award.
• Represent the firm within the marketplace through networking, industry involvement, and thought leadership.
• Help shape market strategy and contribute to the long-term growth of the Workplace practice.
• Serve as the voice of the client internally and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and strategic business objectives.

• Individuals who have built their careers at the intersection of workplace strategy, client relationships, project delivery, and business growth.
• Potential backgrounds may include: Workplace Principal, Workplace Practice Leader, Studio Leader, Client Executive, Corporate Real Estate Leader, Facilities Director, Workplace Strategist, Senior Project Director, Market Leader.
• The successful candidate will bring:
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
• An understanding of workplace design, corporate real estate, facilities, or workplace strategy.
• A track record of developing business, growing client relationships, or leading strategic initiatives.
• The ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
• A passion for helping clients solve business challenges through the built environment.
