About the role
The Retail Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
- Manage the backroom product flow function (production) by overseeing inventory levels, ordering, and maintaining a smooth operation.
Requirements
Must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for sustainability and community impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in retail, operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
