About the role

The Retail Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
• Manages the backroom product flow function (production) by overseeing inventory levels, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
