About the role
The Retail Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
- Manages the backroom product flow function (production) by overseeing inventory levels, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
