About the role
The Retail Associate Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of Savers stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
- Manages the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory levels, restocking, and maintaining store appearance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
