Associate Preparator

About the role

Meadow Brook Hall seeks a Security Coordinator to join their team. This position will ensure the safety and security of the facility and its visitors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the building and grounds to ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as required, including but not limited to fire alarms, medical emergencies, and suspicious activity.
• Manage visitor access through the use of access control systems and maintain records of authorized personnel.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and best practices.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with access control systems.
• Basic knowledge of First Aid and CPR.
