About the Role

You will play a key role in executing live M&A and capital raising mandates, supporting clients through every stage of the deal lifecycle. The firm delivers high-impact advisory services across mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and strategic consulting. Their client base includes public and private companies, private equity firms, lenders, and growth-stage businesses across diverse industries. Responsibilities

• Prepare pitch books, presentations, and client-facing materials
• Support deal execution from origination through closing
• Draft marketing materials including teasers, CIMs, and management presentations
• Build and maintain complex financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Conduct industry research and analyze corporate and financial data
• Assist with due diligence processes and transaction documentation
• Participate in M&A and financing transactions
• Analyze and compile industry benchmarking data
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Travel to client sites as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or related fields such as transaction advisory, consulting, or corporate development
• Strong academic background in finance, economics, accounting, ag economics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
